What do V4Vans offer over a dealer? What is the V4Vans difference?
At V4Vans we are not tied to any one brand so are able to give honest opinions and guidance on the type of vehicle you may be interested in.
We will always be able to supply the vehicle of YOUR choice but may be able to introduce an alternative for reasons of cost saving or suitability. The final decision is of course yours.
Can I part exchange my existing vehicle? How would it work?
We are happy to discuss your part exchange with you and make a competitive offer. If you like what you hear then the process is straight forward.
If, however you feel you want the opportunity to sell the vehicle yourself then that is also fine. You can even use our offer as a back up, a safety net so if you don’t manage to get more for your part exchange you have our offer to fall back on.
What happens if I have a problem with my new vehicle?
All our new vans are covered by the Manufacturer Warranty and you can take the vehicle to any franchised dealer.
Exactly the same if you bought the van from your local dealer and it had problems whilst visiting Scotland, you would take it to the nearest dealer to you. Same rules apply across the UK and Europe too !
